Overview
Current copper projects are expected to more than triple annual copper production in 2015. The Company will emerge as a significant nickel producer in 2012 when its two new nickel projects are expected to achieve commercial operation.

History
The Company was first incorporated in 1983 under the name Xenium Resources. On July 18, 1996, it changed its name to First Quantum Minerals Ltd. Since its acquisition of the Bwana facility in 1996, First Quantum has grown into a significant copper producer and an emerging nickel producer.
