Lifestyle

Western Australia’s wild south coast is an iconic location for nature lovers. Its idyllic beaches and unspoilt coastline are an adventurer’s playground, renowned for its surfing, windsurfing, four-wheel driving, coastal hiking, fishing, boating, rock climbing and camping.

Western Australia’s southern coastline is blessed with a superbly temperate climate with warm, dry summers and cool, wet winters.

The pristine white sandy beaches of the region are some of the most beautiful in Australia. There are bays with calmer swimming conditions perfect for kids, as well as surf and kitesurfing spots for beginners and experts. Rough and rugged coastlines play a perfect host for 4WD expeditions and fishing.

There are a range of local sporting and community groups that provide activities and opportunities to get involved in local life, from art groups and playgroups to fitness, golf, football, netball, tennis, basketball and equestrian clubs.
