Our Board, through the EHS & CSR Committee, reviews our policies and practices as they relate to health and safety and environmental impacts. The Board also oversees our community and social policies and our approach to human rights.
The Committee ensures that these policies accord with applicable laws and regulations, and also considers and recommends ways to ensure we meet international best practices.
The Committee comprises entirely independent directors.
