The Graduate Program is a 3-year Program.

Yes, our Program welcomes applications from candidates across the globe. We are proud of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, and we welcome applications from graduates of all backgrounds and nationalities. We strongly believe that a diverse workforce brings forth fresh perspectives and drives innovation, which is essential in an ever-evolving industry like ours.

To be eligible for our Program, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mining Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Health & Safety, business or similar disciplines. Graduates from within the past two years are eligible to apply.

While previous work experience is not a prerequisite, any relevant internships, programs, or industry exposure will be considered a valuable asset during the selection process.

Our Program aims to provide a well-rounded experience and exposure across our mining operations. While preferences will be considered, the final assignment placements will depend on the company’s requirements and your Individual Development Plan.

Yes, as an international mining company, gaining global exposure through assignment across our mining operations is a key aspect of the Graduate Program.
