Our Code of Conduct is the benchmark for all our Directors, officers, employees, contractors and suppliers, forming the cornerstone of our culture of ethical behaviors.

It is reviewed annually, and our employees are required to confirm their compliance to the principles, with breaches referred to our Audit Committee.

First Quantum’s maintenance of high standards is supported by our robust governance model. Our strong leadership recognizes and values the importance of reporting channels, with our Whistleblowing Policy providing clear pathways for employees to raise concerns. All reports are fully investigated via a dedicated platform and can be made anonymously.

In First Quantum’s commitment to transparency and anti-corruption, we engage with and follow key global initiatives including Canada’s Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act and the Zambian Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative.

Security information and threat landscape is reviewed on an annual basis and disclosed to First Quantum’s Board of Directors, along with mitigating actions and controls. Our information security personnel are supported by threat intelligence services, an outsourced security operations center and retained incident response services with a trusted third party.
