Our Code of Conduct sets the standard for all our Directors, officers, employees, contractors and suppliers.
Setting the standard
The Code of Conduct gives all those who work with, or for, First Quantum clear guidance on their obligations to act with integrity – in an honest, ethical manner – at all times. The Code is built on the following framework:

Embedded core values

Along with specific rules of conduct, we expect our employees to ask themselves a simple question about their actions: “If there were full public disclosure of the facts, would it embarrass me, First Quantum, my fellow employees or members of my family?”
Compliance is monitored through safety and environmental management systems that are independently audited.
