Who are we looking for?
We are looking for recent graduates from recognized universities with less than two years of relevant work experience. The ideal applicant has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as mining engineering, geology, environmental science, chemical engineering, health and safety or business. They will have demonstrated academic excellence and be looking to pursue a career in the natural resources sector.
Our operations and development projects span five continents and a diverse range of conditions. As part of the Program, you will likely be based at one of our global sites. As such, we need our applicants to be geographically mobile and willing to take on roles on-site at a variety of our remote operations around the world.
